We procure dry red chillies from across India and store them at optimum temperatures to ensure their long shelf life. This allows us to meet customer requirements year-round. We process and grind the chillies at our facility under strict supervision, with each whole chilli carefully handled by our workers. Dry chillies are extensively used as a spice in curries and as an ingredient in curry powder and seasonings. Bird chillies are commonly used in making hot sauces like pepper sauce and Tabasco sauce. Paprika, Byadgi chillies, Warangal chapatta, and other high-color, less pungent varieties are widely used for color extraction. This natural plant color is highly popular among food and beverage processors. Medically, chillies are used as counter-irritants for lumbago, neuralgia, and rheumatic disorders.

Capsicum acts as a tonic and carminative. However, excessive consumption can cause gastroenteritis. The enzyme isolated from chillies is used in the treatment of certain types of cancers. Oleoresin capsicum is used in pain balms and vaporubs, while dehydrated green chillies are a good source of vitamin C.
